Dance Mom Sign up

Please sign up below to be a Dance Mom. Dance Moms are an essential part of what helps make our show run smoothly. Dance Moms will be needed for Dress Rehearsal and Recital day!

You will be responsible for staying back stage in a designated area with your class. You will bring them up to go on stage and then bring them back down and stay with them. If we do not have enough Dance Moms for a class we will need to hire some and that will be $20 per child, per class, per day. If you are already signed up for another class you will not be required to pay. 

Please note if your child is not potty trained you MUST sign up to be a dance mom.
