October 1st: Monthly tuition due.
October 1st: Deadline to sign up for Disney.
October 1st: Competition Fees and Company Costume Fees are all due in full. Competition Fees and Company Costume Fees are not deducted automatically. If you would like us to charge your card, please email us.
October 4th: Groove Dance Convention.
October 5th: Turn It Up Dance Convention payment due. This is not deducted automatically. If you would like us to charge your card, please email us.
October 10th: Tuition Deadline.
October 12th: Columbus Day. NO Classes Held. Please note that we are open for classes that weekend, including Friday and Saturday.
October 15th: Costume Payment 2 Due! This Costume Payment is for students with 3 or more costumes. The final costume payment is due November 15th. This payment is not automatically taken out of your account. If you would like, you may just pay the full amount on November 15th!
October 26th-31st: Halloween Dress Up Week! Students may wear their costumes to class this week as we will be dancing to Halloween music and playing games. Please make sure your child wears proper footwear and can dance in their costume. Acro & Hip Hop dancers, please remember to still wear a leotard.
Friday, October 23rd, 5-8 PM classes may dress up on this day, as they will not have class on October 30th due to the Halloween Party at the Studio. Junior Company Rehearsal will be held 5-6pm.
October 30th: Halloween Dance Party from 6-8 PM.
October 31st: Halloween. We will still hold classes, and dancers may dress up.
Absences and Make-Ups
If your child will be absent from class, we ask that you please notify us. You may conveniently log on to the Parent Portal and log an absence if you know ahead of time or even for that day. That way, the instructor will see it upon taking attendance. Students may make up a missed class in another class at their level within 2 weeks of the missed class. Please book the make-up with us, as we must know which class and date the student will attend. Some classes are full, which unfortunately does not allow for make-ups.
Lost & Found Box
Missing something? In the Lobby there is a Lost & Found Box. Please check the box to see if any of your children’s items may be in there. We put everything that is left out each night in there. All items not claimed will be donated on October 15th.
