March 1st: Monthly Tuition Due. Everyone should be on AutoPay. If you are not please enroll via the Parent Portal or see us at the front desk.
Summer Dance Now Open for Enrollment!
March 7th: Opening Act Rehearsal 11:30AM-12:30PM.
March 8th: Opening Act Rehearsal for Characters only 11AM-12PM
Open Studio Time: Competition Dancers are welcome to come and practice competition routines.
This event is $5 per dancer, cash only.
1AM-12PM: Teen Company in Studio A
12-1PM: Junior Company in Studio A
1-1:30PM: Advanced Rec and Rec Company in Studio A
12-1:30PM: Open Solo Time in Studio B
March 12th: Competition Kick Off with Todd Shanks 5-7PM.
The following classes will not be held that evening due to this event:
Jazz 4
Ballet 1
Jazz 1
Ballet 4.

March 10th: Monthly Tuition Deadline. Any payments made after this day are subject to a $15 late fee per student.
March 16th-21st 11th: March Madness Week! A fun week filled with different themes. Dancers may dress up to fit the theme for each day. Please continue to wear a leotard and proper footwear for your classes!.
March 20th-22nd: Diva Dance Competition. More details to come!
Please remember to not wear your dance shoes outside, you will not only ruin your dance shoes but also the dance floors!

March Madness Week
March Madness Week is March 16th-21st. We are having some fun at Dance & Beyond and in classes. Each day will consist of a different theme that dancers may dress up for. Please note, that you must be able to dance in whatever you wear to class. Appropriate footwear must also be worn along with a leotard.
Monday, March 16th: Beach Day- beach attire, sunglasses, tropical outfits etc.
Tuesday, March 17th: Saint Patricks Day- wear your green.
Wednesday, March 18th: Decades- dress up to match any decade!
Thursday, March 19th: Sports Day- sports jerseys and accessories.
Friday, March 20th: D&B Spirit Day- wear any Dance & Beyond merchandise or black and gold!
Saturday, March 21st: Disney Day- dress up as your favorite Disney character or anything Disney goes.
Calling All Dance Moms:
We are looking for Dance Moms to help us in the Dressing Rooms. A Dance Mom is someone who volunteers to help with a group Level 2 and below. The Dance Moms are responsible for keeping the dancers entertained backstage during the show, changing the dancers and getting the dancers on and off stage. Dance Moms are AMAZING and we appreciate all of your hard work each year. We are looking for NEW Moms this year as we have over 150 dancers in those levels and will need as much help as we can get. Dance moms do not need to purchase a recital ticket as they will be back stage for the entire show. If you sign up you will need to help on both dress rehearsal and recital day. Please note if your child is not potty trained you MUST sign up to be a dance mom.

If we do not have enough dance moms we will need to hire someone and it will be $20 per student per day.
Dance Recital Costumes
Due to limited space, we will be sending Recital costumes home with parents after try ons. If your child’s costume fits and we are not waiting on an exchange you may take your child’s costume home. Please be sure to accept the terms of the Recital Costume Waiver on the Parent Portal prior to taking home a costume. Costumes must be placed in a safe place and held onto until Picture Day. Please make sure any alterations that need to be made are done by Picture Day which is held on May 1st and 2nd. We do keep all of the accessories to ensure those do not get misplaced. Dancers may keep their accessories after Recital.
