Conditioning and Technique

Open to Levels 1 and up (Age 7 and up)

Dancers need to have strength in their core, legs, arms and back in order to execute and control their dancing as well as stamina to perform a full 3 minute dance or more.

This class will condition dancers by targeting muscle groups that will help each dancer become stronger while also enhancing their ability to execute each move. This class will also focus on proper technique for Ballet and Jazz that will enhance a students overall dancing.

This class is great for students that would like additional technique but do not want to commit to another recital dance class.

*All Company and Dance Team members are required to participate in this conditioning class.*

Dress Code:

  • Black Leotard

  • Bloch® tan convertible tights

  • Capezio® Carmel slip on Jazz shoes

  • Hair in a bun
